Welcome to Haven Watch (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Haven Watch provides residential home watch, concierge property oversight, visual inspection, vendor coordination, and related support services for residential properties.

Services are observational and non-invasive in nature unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. No Guarantee

Haven Watch does not guarantee prevention of:

  • Property damage

  • Theft

  • Mechanical failures

  • Water intrusion

  • Mold

  • Pest issues

  • Weather-related damage

  • Utility interruptions

  • Third-party acts or omissions

Our services are performed using commercially reasonable efforts and visual observations at the time of inspection.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property access information

  • Maintaining active utilities when required

  • Ensuring alarm systems and security systems function properly

  • Maintaining adequate insurance coverage

  • Updating emergency contact information

4. Vendor Coordination

Haven Watch may coordinate with third-party vendors at the client’s request. We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor performance

  • Pricing disputes

  • Delays

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Licensing or insurance status of third-party vendors

5. Property Access

By engaging Haven Watch, clients authorize designated personnel to access the property for scheduled visits and authorized emergency response activities.

6. Photography & Documentation

Haven Watch may capture photographs, videos, and inspection documentation related to the property for operational and reporting purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, subscription plans, and service pricing are outlined separately in service agreements or invoices.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven Watch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven Watch, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Client negligence

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Third-party contractor actions

10. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

Haven Watch reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
